Self confidence is a journey that can feel like an ebb and flow sometimes. One day you feel like a fucking rock star. Another day you feel like you got hit by a mack truck and you have no mack left, lol. 

One thing is for sure though, the more you build a solid foundation for yourself and keep a consistent focus on pouring into yourself and maintaining your self confidence, the better life feels and the easier it is to enjoy the little things big things and in between things. It's easier to stand for yourself when you know who you are and have a strong foundation.
