Shadow Work can be a beautiful and powerful way to tap into the deepest and most divine parts of who you are... but so many shy away from this type of work for fear it'll be too dark and overwhelming. 

I believe from my own experience and as I've worked with many clients over the 20 years of my career thus far, that there is power in the light and in the dark. Understanding the many sides of yourself, and being willing to face them all, is a divine space of living, and prepares you to experience the most in depth and amazing experience in this human body.
